I could hardly wait to get this boot. It was $175+ but it was too cute and I had to try it. I put it on and it was so comfortable and I just knew they were keepers! But the next day the grommets that held the shoestrings came entirely out of their positions and the boots literally fell apart. Unfortunately, Amazon did not have another pair in my size I could exchange for, and I was NOT about to pay for a damaged product so I returned them. If you can get your feet on a pair of these grab them! They are cozy, warm and adorable.
