Rocky 911113 Men's 1st Med CT EH PR Side Zip WP Boot Black 10 W US Review

Have worn these boots now for about a month. Cant really say too many negatives about them. So far it seems like a great quality boot, a little stiff at first, but once broken in, very comfortable. I usually am pretty rough on boots and go through a pair every 6 mos or so, however, these boots seem to be great as far as holding up in extreme conditions. I am an EMT in the Northern parts of NY (near Canada), so one day I can be in 3 feet of snow, and the next it be 70 degrees out. I work 24 hour shifts so i get to wear these boots for a while in the day. At the end of the day my feet feel good, my back feels good, and Im not a light weight! The only thing I may be concerned with is how warm they are come summer. They seem pretty good so far, so im sure it wont be too bad. All in all, a GREAT BOOT!!

These boots are very nice quality and I really wanted to love them... but the pointy shape was no good for my foot and shaft would barely zip on my bulky calves. Too bad, but I suppose they'd work nicely as all-weather boot for someone with narrow feet and skinny legs!

As a disclaimer, I live in a warmer climate so I'm not using these for warmth. My very first day of wearing these and they became a discussion topic-many compliments. They were true to size and color appeared as it did online (note: darker shading around toes and heels, places you would expect to get a lot of wear and tear). I love that the accent buckles are gold. Yet, they did keep me from crossing my legs as the buckle near the top will dig in to ur other leg if ur legs are crossed. The other adjustment I must make is about two inches above the ankle, the boot wore against my leg all day (average amount of walking) and I was unable to wear again the next day because of bruising. However, small price to pay to wear such gorgeous boots!! Thanks amazon for having them three digits cheaper than my local dept store.

This boot is wonderful in cold weather. Very comfortable, extremely warm, all the seams are waterproof, and the sole is AMAZING on snow and ice. I am slightly disabled and have problems with my hip. With other boots I tend to slide all over the place because I can't stabilize my left leg properly, but with this boot I can walk over anything but black ice, and even then I slide just a tiny bit. I'm sure a normally able person wouldn't have as much of a problem even on black ice.

Adidas adipure z black 8 m Review

The Adidas adiPURE Z is a high-end golf shoe that delivers a great mix of performance (stability and traction) and looks (style and quality materials) while also being comfortable for 18 in any weather.

Adidas really hit on something with the new thinTECH cleats. They grip the turf very well without the feeling of standing on something. The shoe's upper is appropriately stiff without being uncomfortable. There is plenty of padding on the tongue and the inner sole as well as sufficient breathe-ability for an entire round.

The shoes look fantastic - a can't-miss choice for any upscale golf outfit. The Adidas striping is subtly embossed and is less obvious than the picture indicates, further emphasizing the adiPURE Z as a hybrid dress/athletic golf. My only concern thus far is that the leather is showing more creasing than I expected after only a few months. Particularly with a dark color (I got the redwoods), these creases also come with some visible discoloration. Hopefully this effect will stop now that they've been completely broken in.

Note that the shoe has a longer profile than you may be used to. When I first pulled them out of the box, i was concerned that they appeared to be much too large. However, they fit very well with my usual size - they just have a pointier toe shape than do most other shoes. The width was also adequate enough to be comfortable while still maintaining a great amount of lateral stability throughout each swing.

Overall, the adiPURE Z is a great choice for anyone seeking a combination of formal style and superior athletic performance on the links.
