This is a great Sofft boot. As far as boots go, I can walk for nearly a mile before my feet start to bother me. The arch support could be a little bit better, but they don't pinch my toes and are generally quite comfortable. Would recommend. I am usually either a 6 or 6.5 and the 6 fit best.
