purchased these on another site, but wanted to leave fit feedback (something I always look for when purchasing online) - size 10 /eur 41- fits TTS in length - width for me was also perfect - the M works for my somewhat narrow B width foot - although if you are a C-D I would recommend the W. I ordered the same size as a pump and was worried it might be a bit small, but there is that little space between the toe and end of boot, one hopes for, to accomodate both tights and a medium warm sock - the "wool" plaid lining is super warm and comfy even though it feels more like a synthetic "wool" - but the only reason I would give it a 4 1/2 rather than 5 stars (if that was an option) is the "fur" fold down cuff - not very thick, even a bit "flimsy" to the touch which is a slight disappointment - however it looks and feels terrific on the foot turned down as well as up (you can lace to the top :o) Overall, for me, the perfect fit ankle boot!
