I chose this rating because I received these boots right away and the packaging was neat and professional. In addition, the boots look exactly like they do in the picture. They are very comfortable and very cute. They look great with skinny jeans, jeggings and leggings. I'm sure they would be great with a skirt or appropriate dress. I usually wear an 8.5 but I ordered these in a 9 because that was all that was available but in retrospect I would have had to return them for a 9 anyway because they seem to fit a half size smaller. I highly recommend these boots for anyone looking for a comfortable, high heeled boot that deviates from the usual.
