I'm getting ready to purchase my 2nd pair of these and the first pair held up extremely well. Takes a couple wearings for the elastic sides to stretch a little but overall they're great. Super comfortable and they look great with jeans too so no need to bring another pair of shoes if you're going out after shift. I'm a female and even though these are mens boots the fit is way better than any womans boot I've tried. I'm a 10 in womens, so I ordered an 8 and it's a perfect fit.
