After enjoying a decade of Mezlan men's shoes, a new career forced my hand on a "cheaper" substitute. This shoe is a decent buy but after wearing Mezlans for so long, I could definitely tell the difference in craftsmanship. I hope after a few more wearings/stretchings that this shoe softens in the heal and toe area. They are only for a narrow foot so if you're a C or D width, don't bother. What I do love is this show looks like it costs a fortune...the pics on amazon don't do them a bit of justice
