WOW... Sketchers should never stop making these! So, the reason I purchased this was right after injuring my knee after a workout routine, I wanted some sort of shoes that would easy the impact on my knees... so, after reading many great reviews about the Toners, I gave it a try and I really like them... they are super comfortable and light weight.
I enjoy cardio workouts such as Zumba, EA Sports active or a light/med jogging... so these shoes are awesome impact reducers and great for these kind of activities. I bought the silver pink and it is so shiny and gorgeous... kinda like having some bling with your workout gear... It does feel weird when you first wear them, but you will get used to it and not wanting to use your old nike's again... Like any other Shape-up shoes, you should research and figure it out what kind of activity person you are and see which shape-up is best. Now, does it tone your derriere? Not sure, but it does relieve the impact/pressure on your knees and lower back while you exercise... Highly recommend it if you are a dance/cardio type person!
