It's a lovely, well-made bag of soft yet strong leather, just perfect. But instead of stuffing the bag with paper in order to preserve the leather, the bag was folded as if it were a brown paper shopping bag, creating a nasty crease in the leather, which simply won't come out. Otherwise I would have felt really satisfied with the bag at the price of $130 with tax. As it is, I feel rather sad not to have this brand-new item come to me in good condition.
