I purchased the tan and violet and it is a really beautiful boot. Probably not for someone with large calves as I have small calves and there's not much room there. Because of this I can wear straight leg jeans no problem and they look great with skirts or dresses. I did take away one star due to the fact that the leather on the foot seems kind of thin compared to other cowboy boots, therefore may not last as long. But all in all they are wonderful and I love them I ordered a half size smaller than my shoe size and I'm glad I did. They fit great. Very happy with these.
