It is a great shoes and I think it is true to size. My left foot is a little bigger longrr than right in lenght and I have a bunion on my left foot. I wear size 6 for flats, sometimes size 6 1/2 for athletic shoes. Unfortunately, I had to return the shoes because the strap that goes across hits right at my bunion and there is no room for stretching because the strap is made of plasticky synthetics. However, as other reviewers mentioned it has moderate (don't expect orthoheel type of support) arch support and light weight. The returning process was quick and easy. They paid return shipment and refund was posted very quick. I even received a text message when the received it. Great service!
