I got these on Amazon through Shoebuy. I could not get any response to questions about sizing before buying, so I bought my son's regular size for my son, who has disabilities.
The shoes were HUGE - obviously made for wearing with very big orthotic inserts or AFOs.

Contacted customer service at Shoebuy - they FINALLY discussed the sizing with me and said send them back - we'll refund you, then you can order again in the correct size. So I repacked them and took them to FedEx, then waited, waited, waited for the refund.

Finally when I wrote asking when I could expect my refund, they said any day now. Yesterday, weeks later, I received the same pair of shoes back. They said "they have been worn" - yes, one time for 15 minutes! They were completely new.

Very disappointed. Very glad I did not take them on faith and reorder another size.

The boots looked ok, we would have ordered a smaller size. Shoebuy has lost my business, and Orthofeet as well, since they still have not answered, weeks later, my questions about sizing. Ugh.
