This is no reflection on either Amazon or Tommy Hilfiger products.
I purchased this beautiful handbag. After opening the box, the bag did not look right to me. After examining the bag, this was my evaluation: A stain on the fabric part of the zipper, (which looks like coffee-and the fabric is white), a food stain on the zipper pull, (which looks like tomato sauce), and to top it off, there were PURPLE SPARKLES in the front outside pocket!!!
I am a high end handbag buyer and know when there is something wrong. I was furious, to say the least, that this seller was trying to make a complete fool out of me! How dare they try to pass off USED goods as NEW without the consumer being made aware!!!
After calling their customer service, they were willing to give me a 15% discount if I kept the bag. Not good enough! They do not have another in stock, therefore, i am out of luck for having a NEW purse for my vacation!! I am ripping mad!
