The slippers are well made but there are two issues to be aware of. First, the color they shipped me isn't what I'd call "Chestnut". It's a darker brown. I've had several pair of "Chestnut" UGGs before and none of them were even close to this color. A bigger problem is size. I wear size 10 shoe but my current UGGs are size 10 and extremely tight. So I ordered size 11 this time. They're wearable but STILL very tight. When ordering I'd advise you to order at least a size larger than your shoe size. Other than these two issues these are great slippers.
