Overall the Reebok Men's Zig Slash is a great basketball shoes. It has firm ankle support and it does extend the wearer's energy level. Younger players can really enjoy wearing this on the court. Now for individuals like me who has past injuries, just add padding (insole gels) inside to suite your comfort level. Again the reason I gave this a five star is because it did perform as advertised. But since each individual has different physical conditions that I added the advice prior.
