I love Geox shoes and have several pairs. I bought a snake patterned satchel and was looking for print shoes to match. These did. I am 7.5 in shoe size. These were slightly tighter than my other pairs. But the reason I sent them back was that there was a defect in the left shoe which rubbed in the left corner. I tried wearing them in the house on the rug to see whether that spot could be softened and worked in. The reason I call it a defect is that there was a section in the leather that was thicker in comparison to the right shoe in that same spot, and it was obvious to the touch. The threading was hard as if multiple sewn. This is where it pressed and left an indentation on the foot. After a week of trying, I gave up and they were sadly returned. I would like to see the shipping rates to Canada reduced, or at least shared. It cost virtually half the price of the loafers to ship and return it when I would have kept the pair had the defect in the left shoe not been so obvious and painful. Marjorie
