Oh, how I wished I could keep these shoes. They're cuter looking on the feet than in the photo! However, they did not work for me, and I think they could have been better designed. It's disappointing for an Earth shoe. Only one of the criss-cross straps is adjustable and it's not the one that goes from the arch to the outside of the foot, which is a shame, for there's absolutely no support if you don't have a naturally high arch. This strap is much too wide for my narrow instep, as is the adjustable strap. This feels more like a barefoot shoe than an Earth shoe. Honesty, I might have kept the pair if they were under fifty bucks at a discount store, but for over a hundred, I expect more support, and from this brand, more thought having gone into the design.
